This course is designed to include a variety of teaching methodologies to achieve the expectation of student mastery of theoretically-grounded advanced practice skill competencies in the group work method, with emphasis on building foundations, structural designs, concrete batching, pre-cast concrete, selection and quality conformity of building material and accessories, understanding & interpretation of architectural drawings, quantity surveying, Learning activities may include readings, writings, discussions, lectures, guest speakers, social media, in-class group activities, student presentations, self-reflection, on-sit experience, and experiential exercises.
